How Do I Place An Order?

​You chose the item you wish to buy and add it to your shopping cart. ​

​You have to let me know which address you want me to ship to

Orders are only shipped out after receiving payment.

Payment

​I accept payment via Paypal, Credit Card and bank transfer. Please send me an email if you wish to pay through a bank transfer so we can sort the details out.​​​

Shipping

​I always ship your item as soon as possible. It will be shipped to your Paypal address. or, in case of a a credit card payment or bank transfer, to the address you provide.

You can expect your package sent out in the next 2 business days. All paintings are packed well and carefully with bubble wrap. The prints are in a transparent sleeve and are sandwiched between two pieces of cardboard, mailed in a bend-proof cardboard mailer.

Shipping to Portugal is included in the final price.

Shipping to Europe - 3€ for necklaces and framed prints 

                                    10€ for Original Paintings

​Shipping to the rest of the World - 4,5€ for necklaces and framed prints​

                                                              15€ for Original Paintings​

Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. A purchase is a binding contract, so please shop carefully and responsibly.

I do everything possible to ensure that you receive a quality item, free of any defects.

​However, please contact me immediately if you have a problem with your order and I'll do my best to address the issue.

I do not offer refunds or exchanges, unless there is a viable significant "defect" with your product. I can not be responsible for defects that occur during shipping.

If there is a defect (which I work hard to ensure does not occur prior to shipping) with your order, and we resolve to offer you a refund, you will not be refunded shipping costs.

Your refund will only go into effect after you have shipped the item back to me, and it arrives in the same condition you received it in.
